Let me save everyone their time and money. First half hour will be about introducing these two 1-dimentional rich white chicks on vacation and how they want to go diving. The rope on the cage will break as a convenient plot device and they'll fall. 2nd half hour they'll argue for 10 mins on what to do. Eventually her friend will try to swim away and escape but get eaten in order to demonstrate just how scared you should feel for the 1-dimentional protagonist. Then probably a couple flashbacks to fill time, and the boat will try to help her by sending oxygen and flares and whatever other shit. Last half hour she'll finally get some balls and escape, shark will attack her and she'll be injured but she'll use some kinda tool or stupid shit and fight the sharks away and make it to the boat. end of movie. I'm tired of people commenting about how stupid the movie is because it's scientifically unrealistic. The sharks trying to get the girls make it interesting. Yeah, sharks don't go for a repeated target, but that's what makes the movie interesting. It's a Movie about surviving in a cage 47 meters down with sharks trying to eat you. Ya, being 47 meters down would only give you a small amount of oxygen. But that's what makes the movie interesting. It's interesting because there stuck and surrounded by sharks.
