As the boss (Willem Dafoe) of a Chicago-based headhunter prepares to retire, Dane Jensen (Gerard Butler), who works at the Blackridge Recruiting agency arranging jobs for engineers, vies to achieve his longtime goal of taking over the company going head-to-head with his ambitious rival, Lynn Vogel (Alison Brie). However, Dane's 10-year-old son, Ryan (Maxwell Jenkins), is suddenly diagnosed with cancer and his professional priorities at work and personal priorities at home begin to clash with one another.

This movie is remarkable ! Just to remind you that not everyday is promised, and your immediate family is everything! Every minute every second every hour of the day, prepare it, make it like your last. Just kind of sucks, this father gets wrapped up and being a Salesman and living the salesman's life, while still having a family to take care of. And his child looks up to him like no other, stays up with his light on just so his father will go in the room and chat with him .. evrrynight. His father can do no wrong in his eyes. I really want to thank the film team for sharing diversity in this awesome movie about Sikh. There is a lot of ignorance in people when they see a guy with turban. Sikhs across the world will be thankful to this entire team for having a Sikh character in the movie. if someone who will be reading my comment will research Sikh, I will like to put a little light on that. 1. The turban which Sikh wear is a uniform which is a commitment to the humanity and mankind thats Sikh will always stand up for the truth and always help the weak. 2. Sikhs are less than 2% of Indian population and they do 67% of the entire charity done in India. 3. Any Sikh temple serve free food anytime of the day if you don't believe it research the nearest Sikh temple and visit and find out for yourself(but the meal is vegetarian) 4. Its a Monotheistic religion which believes in one God. 5. Many bad ass Sikh warrior in the world and in the military worldwide.
