Piece of blatant PROPAGANDA. Partial, unfair and shockingly one-sided examination of cyber-crime. Very questionable choice of agent of DEMOCRACY in the person of the Dalai Lama. Unless prof Deibert assumes that theocracy is the ideal support of democratic values! If we are ALL likely victims of cyber-crime, I want all the main perpetrators indicted. And that would start with the CIA, the PENTAGON, NASA, FBI, the Intelligence agencies of ISRAEL, RUSSIA...(rather odd that Russia is not mentioned). Prof Deibert is rightly commended by the NED.
