cowboys and alians is one of the few film where a lot of reading merchandise has been available. as they even have the illustrated script out just check out your local wallmarts they are flooded with the novels . the last book that was released so havily was transformers so that onlyproves how intested the general publics in this one whereas rise of the apes nothing in book form has been available go figure. - @Wednesday, August 17, 2011 1:21 PM

This was a terrible movie. Just combine district 9 and true grit and you get this crap. The acting of Daniel craig was emotionless like a robot. Predictable plot. @SpyengoEen Personally no only because of these reasons 1. The one guy who looks like Roland to me (from the #7 cover) is the man who plays Captain Englehorn in the 2005 King Kong, plus certain poses and phrases look and sound like Roland (i've read up to the middle of book 5 so far btw) 2. Harrison Ford certainly could look like him, perhaps act like him, and he is old enough, but for me he doesn't sound like him and I'll keep seeing Han Solo than Roland.
