When aspiring knight Gareth goes in search of a fallen comet rumored to contain gold, he is shocked to instead find a set of dragon eggs guarded by dragon Drago. After Drago saves Gareth's life the two become intricately bonded, and must work together to defeat an evil sorcerer and stop his reign of terror. Along the way, Gareth learns the true meaning of being a knight in this fantasy action-adventure for the ages.

The chronical order of the movies is: 3: Sorcerer's Curse (The beginning, Draco was inside one of those eggs brought to earth by Drago), 4: Battle for heartfire. (You see Draco in the background on the stone wall) 1: Dragonheart (Yes, he was indeed the last one after most of them died due to accidents or killed by Bowen), 2: A new beginning. (Most of the eggs belonging to Drago and his wife were smashed or crushed by Bowen, but one or two eggs managed to survive the knight's attack, thus Drake was born, I don't know if that red dragon at the end was really his brother, or if he was lying just to have Drake join him.) It is possible that those events took place during or after, perhaps in two or three different kingdoms. There might be a fifth dragonheart according to Wiki. "Matthew Feitshans, the writer of the third and fourth films, implied that work on a script for the fifth film has already begun, but no other information is known. " To those who disagree with me or claim that they're not canon. You'll have to forgive me as I am a try-hard DH fan. This order I've mentioned makes the most sense to me. I'm surprized that they didn't still use the same characters of Geoff (portrayed by Christopher Masterson) and Drake (voiced by Robby Benson) again.
