Fanning looks as abused and worn and beaten up as she probably has been by Hollywood - which perversity and corruption she's fully embraced - while still looking perhaps just a bit older than 7 years old. This movie made less than 1/2 million at box office. More Hollywood tone-deafness, to the max. Seen this scenario just way too many times. Woman marries aristocrat. Woman hates new husband. Who does not know how to feed her the attention she needs. Woman falls for painter, author, poet, or lecturer. Woman then explores her time while fascinated with this other talented man. Talented man is not as wealthy as the family she married into. Husband slowly tries to express his emotions to her. She still cheats on husband with so called painter etc. I can go on and on. Yet I've seen this storyline just way too many times.
