This film is most definitely not a comedy. That said it's more of a black-meta drama. I've rewatched this work of art on Netflix at least twenty times. The master craftsmanship that is used here is fascinating. Each detail is so precise and intentional it's actually refreshing to see such a well executed project of passion. Entertainment is not a good film. A perfect film for Sundance fest: alot of static frames, rare music bits etc. But a total lake of character motivation. The whole environment in this movie seems to be the depression of Neil subjectivity, but, if he is a downer, you never have any contrast with upper somewhere. I wonder during all the film "why people are interested to invite this guy?".
