I'm not the only one that considers this an underrated gem, am I? The reason that peeps didn't warm up to this one so well is because of the time. Back then, all the superhero movies were grounded and dark (at least to a certain extent). I never got to watch this movie as a kid. I remember, at the time when this move released, I was 6 years old. I asked my parents if I could see it, and of course they said no because they read bad reviews of it. I didn't care who wrote what because that's their opinion.
