'Hell' is the name of the hero of the story. He's a prisoner of the women who now run the USA after a nuclear/biological war. Results of the war are that mutants have evolved, and the human race is in danger of extinction due to infertility. Hell is given the task of helping in the rescue of a group of fertile women from the harem of the mutant leader (resembling a frog). Hell cannot escape since he has a bomb attached to his private parts which will detonate if he strays more than a few hundred yards from his guard.

The television medium still had limited channels all the way up to the early 1990's and they this was easily as well budgeted as TV movies then. Cable companies were around by the channels on them dealt/stayed within their sphere of focus aka. MTV only played music videos. The internet hadn't destroyed the Movie rental industry either. VHS tapes drove the Grindhouse film market onto video as it was cheaper and more profitable. Hence, an explosion of B-movie making that lied somewhere in the midrange of good and bad movies. Less Grindhouse films got made because they only made profit in the big cities that had numerous independent theaters and the film/cost to make was a lot more. When VHS and VCR's came into the market mainstream with rental hubs to boot the money used to make one or two Grindhouses a year could be used to make 20 a year and the market/rental stores made the profit margins even greater. - @Thursday, September 1, 2016 9:13 AM
