Bruce Banner, a brilliant scientist with a cloudy past about his family, is involved in an accident in his laboratory causing him to become exposed to gamma radiation and Nanomeds (a tiny life form that is supposed to heal wounds, but has killed everything with which they have made contact). Confused and curious about his survival, Banner discovers that since the accident, whenever he becomes angry, he transforms into a giant green monster destroying everything in sight in an act of rage. Bruce's mysterious past and the answer to why the radiation had this effect becomes revealed to him as his birth father David Banner intervenes with hopes to continue experimenting on him.

The epic part of this trailer was after the weird bathroom scene in some trailers for the hulk and was in the hulk videogame for Gamecube and Xbox. I liked both this movie and the 2008 one. I think those who say this movie is slower but has better acting and story than the 2008 version and the latter is more action-packed are right. I only wish the freaking critics hadn´t smashed this movie with their criticism. But, as I said, I don´t care about them and I have both versions. The Hulk. Others claim that the plot is "flawed" and boring. Some people otherwise say it had a better storyline and more character development, they are right in their own words. It was deep and emotional, yet slow. If people would enjoy "action", the new one could be a recommendation. I guess a comic book-based movie needs to be 2 hours of droning, self-important exposition with 5 minute interruptions of actual action scenes to be good then? It's a movie based on comic books, not War and Peace. I like thoughtful movies with deep characters as much as anyone but Hulk(2003) and Superman Returns seemed to be more about massaging the director's massive egos than putting forth a true-to-source adaptation of the comic books to the big screen. What's wrong with this one? I thought it was good, new one is a 100 times better, but this one was still good. Yes it didn't have the TRUE spirit of what the Hulk really was, but I really payed attention to it, and the drama/emotion is great, even though that's not what Hulk is suppossed to be, it made the movie a unique and different kind of Hulk all together, even though it wasn't the one that everyone liked.
