Larry - you are awesome. I love any movie you have a credit in! I loved this movie ever since I saw it very late at night in the late 1970s or early 1980s. Still to this day-- I love watching movies late at night by myself..especially if it's cold, chilly or rainy out. This movie is a gem and I always wondered; was it a "hit" in theaters or did it just go to TV in a "package deal" in the 1970s ? The ONLY issue I have (Tell me if you agree, Larry) is that I hated when Kit had to get picked up by her dad, right in the thick of the movie! I think it would have been more fun if the trio of girls had all stuck together till the climax. Just seems a little uneven , and the appearance of the father showing up kills the buzz a little. (Imagine if in The Wizard of Oz, the Tin Man decided to up, leave and go back to chopping wood right after they woke up from the poppies! LOL. That's how I felt about Kit's damn curfew). - @Monday, November 26, 2018 5:03 AM

I'm glad to be the first one commenting. I have the exact same history with it, watching it in the dark on Saturday nights and and so on. - @Saturday, November 23, 2013 2:00 PM
