Action Horror Mystery Thriller

Tom and Lucy are both happy young adults eager to set out on their first weekend getaway as a couple. They set off for a planned stay at a remote hotel but quickly find themselves getting lost in a maze of backwoods roads. However they soon discover that they are at the mercies of an unknown tormentor that is eager to take advantage of their vulnerability and distance from civilization.

manipulative little 'scary' film has nonsensical ending and familiar, tourist 'death trap' trope....it's done far better in other films......surely SOME of the tourist victims chancing upon dozens of pillaged cars from previous hapless inn 'guests' might have suspected their future fate.....if only they had checked YELP reviews....... i don't get why people care when the simple idiots don't get what a movie is about and say "it sucks" etc.. just let them think it sucks.. if you have to beat something in their thick skull for them to understand it's not meant for them. that being said i wish i could give this film a good review. if it was a proper remake of "dead end" then i'd have to say it was great, but the fact remains they stole the idea from it and just slapped a new title on it with an irish twist. it's funny too, they made the message a lot more cryptic in this film.. maybe they didn't feel the need to explain it because the film they stole the idea from already did it for them !! ha !! - @Monday, July 13, 2015 4:04 PM

The movie was over most peoples heads on what was happening. Even then, the movie is still good. It was the second time watching it that I put 2 and 2 together and realized what the film was about. This film is on my top 5 favorite of all time. I've seen it 3 times. I don't want to spoil it. My brother and wife both didn't understand what the film was about either.
