But today's highly processed foods, pesticide based monoculture farming methods, increasing urbanization, obsession with technology and destruction of the natural environment distance us further and further from the world we coevolved with. We are out of balance with nature and the reductionist philosophy of modern western medicine, once immensely powerful, seems inadequate to answer today's challenges.

Another Millennial

Sadly, the trailer was way better than the movie. The film itself isn't nearly as inspiring. And being advocacy as much as it's a documentary, I'm not sure how much weight to give the conclusions given that the data is glossed over. - @Thursday, February 22, 2018 5:42 AM
