I'm just gonna spill this out. the action was interesting but i thought the film was... backwards? like imagining if God wanted us wiped out, these acts seem pretty darn devilish that its stupid XD so what if: There was a war between heaven and hell that actually wiped out the majority of the angels. So God sends the last and only hope (Micheal) on Earth to protect a holy prophecy (the baby) from the devil's army raising hell on Earth. So Lucifer sends his right hand man Gabriel who betrayed God and Michael to do his dirty deed of killing the prophecy.
