I loved the movie and this is a very nice trailer. It’s too bad virtually none of the footage from this trailer is in the actual movie. I'm sure this is because they created this trailer last spring before they had decided which takes to use. After looking at it frame by frame, of the 37 shots in this trailer, only three are in the finished film: The second crane shot of the barricade at 0:53, young Cosette smiling at 0:58 and Fontaine getting thrown out of the factory at 1:00. - @Monday, January 14, 2013 8:31 AM

A movie just doesn't do this story justice. I saw the stage play when I was 8 or 9 years old, and it was one of the best plays that I have ever seen. They ruined some of my favorite songs from the play. The only people (in my opinion) who could really sing were The young actors. I cried since "I Dreamed A Dream". Anne's version was the BEST EVER IN HISTORY!!! She deserves all of the awards. Hugh Jackman was better than ever in this movie and also deserves all of the awards. I knew Russell Crowe could sing but he was FANTASTIC in this movie. Amanda Syfried has the most BEAUTIFUL soprano voice that I didn't expect.
