This movie would have been a lot more popular if the trailer just said, 'Starring the kid from God Of War.' Yes, that's really the same actor. Look it up. GET ON THE SKATEBOARD, BOY. - @Monday, December 31, 2018 5:00 AM

Yes music was very intresting from early 90s and on hip hop was at its finest punk music was at its sore melodic punk that is grunge toppled everything over in a big way and yes technology wasnt what life was all about ex facebook Twitter Instagram blah blah and skating was more underground it was still hated on and not very well accepted in school out of school didnt matter being out and.bout in the 90s was way more adventurous then now for some reason! - @Monday, December 31, 2018 2:14 AM

If anyone's wondering, the first song in the trailer is "Tearz" by Wu-Tang Clan. It's actually a song with deep lyrics and tragic stories. - @Friday, December 28, 2018 6:46 PM

I’m 36 and grew up in he 90s, this movie is dead on what it was like. I didn’t come from a Broken home like this story. I was a private school kid and when I was 14 I went through a rebel phase hanging out with the public school. They was black and white trash. I had so much fun being a regular kid and not having to be fake around them. I miss them all. Regret I never kept in touch with them. - @Friday, December 28, 2018 1:26 PM

I loved growing up in the 80's and 90's it was a whole different world then and people treated each other much better and they were actually real and true to themselves. Now we have trolls and haters everywhere and people are way too damn sensitive about everything and I totally agree about the politics comment, it's everywhere and not in a good way. - @Thursday, December 27, 2018 2:36 AM

I was born in 88 so I was just old enough for the mid 90s and late 90s to be a big chunk of my childhood. I wouldn't have had it any other way. I know every generation says their childhood was the greatest but I think the 90s is one of them. Looking at the way kids grow up now, I think it was the last decade that kids grew up like kids if you know what I mean. Not this over stimulated, social media age. Kids don't even play outside like we did and we didn't play outside as much as our parents did as kids. We had video games but nothing like the stuff nowadays. I think games are great but you gotta get out and see the sun every once in awhile. - @Sunday, December 23, 2018 5:22 PM

See this if this was multiplied by 50 more percent more violence and my brother was from another mother and beat my ass but showed more love this was me in Miami FL early 80s always been the minority being Caucasian also but friends of all different races we weren't skateboarding though riding bikes the older guys rode in cars with trusandvols white wall tires EV s 15 inch speakers getting jumped braking bottles as we walked down street. Slap boxing can't tell you everything we did also had the latest boom box from radio shack listening to RUN-DMC - Sucker MC's shit was real serious ducking and dodging the gang called 22 nd and avenue players it boggles my mind how much shit I've been through good and bad love this movie made me laugh how real life it was god bless you guys this movie is a hit for sure lovedddddddd it - @Sunday, December 23, 2018 6:14 AM

Without googling I wonder how many actually know what that hook is from playing at the beginning of this trailer. Takes me way back to my skater days. Lot of punk rock. Lots of real hip hop - @Sunday, December 23, 2018 1:35 AM
