When I first heard that part of the film was set around an opera I was very worries due to the often 'stereotypical' depictions of the arts generally in big budget films. However I was thrilled at how respectfully, beautifully and emotionally they crafted that long sequence around Puccini's Turandot and how the action didn't detract from the music nor the music from the action and tension. Shame on you Hollywood and F*** you, Casablanca is the largest economic City in Morocco, 8million people, with malls, great buildings etc.... yet you portray it in the movie as a small village which that village is located in deep east of the country hhhh, Funny, I remember when I was on my way to AGADIR and they blocked the road 10 miles away from Marrakech to film the pursuit on the high way, and went to "DERB SOLTAN" Casablanca that has some of the old houses that were built in the 30's through the 60s i don't know exactley, hhh you can fool the world Hollywood, but we're here to the world what kind of bastards you are, I was a great fan of Tom but after watching the movie things have changed, hhh funny because i know all the places by heart of the places they were shooting in it, WAKE UP PEOPLE - @Saturday, December 26, 2015 12:07 AM

Absolutely spectacular and riveting action espionage thriller with excellent cast, wonderful and mindblowing action sequences, it is funny at times plus it is a FIFTH FILM in the franchise and it just keeps getting better. Tom Cruise is insane as Hunt, he does some breath taking stunts , he is likeable and pushed to the limit. It is an amazingly directed and photographed movie tributing and referencing old tv show. Syndicate leader was an ok villain, you have seen this kind of guy before, but he was functional as an antagonist. Female sidekick kicked ass and Simon Pegg combined with Rhames and Renner were solid as supporting cast. It is a perfect blend of action and cool spy stuff although the story gets ridiculous and absurd plus Tom Cruise is more endurable than the Terminator. 4/5 - @Monday, November 16, 2015 8:11 PM

Today was another school holidays trip to the IMAX and i have to say i wasn't expecting too much but i think i came away enjoying this more than the kids ! Number five in the Mission Impossible franchise plays out much more like Bond film . The plot involves espionage with the CIA and the British secret service and the predictable bad guy/woman rogue agents and although it's quite a convoluted plot it never got too difficult to understand. The action is superb especially an amazing bike chase that takes you're breath away. I found this thoroughly enjoyable and a great way to spend a rainy afternoon with the kids. 8 out of 10 - @Monday, August 24, 2015 5:28 PM
