Wow, what a disappointment this was. The footage is incredible and breathtaking, but without context it is really no more than a slideshow set to overbearing music (one of the joys of the mountains is the peacefulness). You learn nothing of where the mountains you see are located, why people are drawn to them, or even who the people you see climbing them are. It becomes quite boring. Banff film festival short films have very similar footage, but are far more interesting and convey the excitement that is somehow lacking from this one. - @Sunday, August 6, 2017 9:33 AM

I give it 4 out of 10. Good photography but after 10 -15 minutes it becomes rather tedious. The sound track with Sydney orchestra was over powering and dominating. It was a relief after it stopped. Interesting mountains that were hard to figure out where many of the shots were, and the film could have let the audience know they were taken. I learnt nothing new about mountains.
