The gangster Nino has a gang who call themselves Cash Money Brothers. They get into the crack business and not before long they make a million dollars every week. A cop, Scotty, is after them. He tries to get into the gang by letting an ex-drug addict infiltrate the gang, but the attempt fails miserably. The only thing that remains is that Scotty himself becomes a drug pusher.

I remember the first time seeing this movie n theatres, I was 11 years old n the spring of 91, me, my mom and stepdad, this was my first introduction 2 urban gangsta movies, my first time seeing Wesley Snipes he was new 2 me, didn't know he was n other movies before this one as well as Ice-t, I didn't even know which character or actor was Ice-t, first time seeing Chris Rock just thought he was a character actor or something idk Judd Nelson's name sounded familiar but didn't recognize him with the facial hair and sunglasses, also saw the trailer 4 out for justice with Steven Segal when I saw this movie - @Monday, March 26, 2018 3:25 PM
