This is literally impossible as the bomber 1st of all isn't a high tech airplane with cloaking system, even though it still would have been noticed flying across America! If the Koreans were there, they'd probably be shot and left there if they interfered in any way with the presidents security protocol. When it comes to maintaining the leadership of the country there are no emotional BS as depicted in this boring movie.
