Really? I've never heard of that movie before. But from what you told me, it sounds like a worse pile of shit than ROTOR. And you're right that the founders of Terminator and Robocop should sue. I mean seriously, I'm surprised there wasn't a lawsuit. Very well said. This movie is an absolute disgrace to film. It was so painful to watch all the way through due to all those problems you mentioned. It's no wonder this movie is so rare and obscure.
