Following the advice of his dying father, Hal dates only women who are physically beautiful. One day, however, he runs into self-help guru Tony Robbins, who hypnotizes him into recognizing only the inner beauty of women. Hal thereafter meets Rosemary, a largely obese woman whom only he can see as a vision of loveliness. But will their relationship survive when Hal's equally shallow friend undoes the hypnosis?

Great movie. I think Farrelly Brothers value is unknown. Their movies so funny and so romantic. Have great cinematography and soundtrack. And very underrated!! When I was swimming laps at my community's inner pool area of the gym a lifeguard who I thought at first was handsome was mocking me for how slow I was swimming. I wanted to yell at him, "If by some freak chance I drown I'd rather choke on water than have your mouth on mine!" Then I saw him immediately chat up these two model-looking girls.
