White people in horror flicks are so dumb it's insane lol. Am I meant to believe she stayed and slept in a house with a monster instead of leaving or calling the police? If this world she lived in had monsters pop out of nowhere in 2017, don't you think someone would of saw it by now. Also, if the monster preys on living things then why is it hiding behind a bookcase? If it was the dominant specie it would roam the land of Earth like any other creature in existence... I must be overthinking it but these Horror films are not fleshed out and I don't consider myself a film buff either. I expect more from Hollywood they're either rehashing old ideas or making sequels.
