After the death of his wife, police psychiatrist Cal Jamison moves to New York. There he has to help in the investigation of the murder of two youths, who seem to have been immolated during a cult ritual. Jamison believes it's been Voodoo and, ignoring the warnings of his housekeeper, enters the scenery and soon gets under their influence. They try to get him to sacrifice his own son.

I watch it, it was a good movie. For all that don’t know about WITCHCRAFT. Need to stop with the ignorant ass jokes. WITCHCRAFT is in the Bible. Stuff like this is happening in life and is still happening. Here are a few scriptures in the Bible about WITCHCRAFT. Acts Chapter 8 Verse 9 Talks about sorcery stuff. Galatians Chapter 3 Verse 1 Paul said who have be witch you meaning who put a spell on you who put a curse on you. Acts Chapter 8 Verses 11 more scriptures. Leviticus Chapter 20 Verse 21 Witches must be put to death. Deuteronomy Chapter 18 Verses 10 through 12. Also Leviticus Chapter 19 Verses 31 Leviticus Chapter 20 Verses 6 because king son went to a witch. Also Second King Chapter 21 Verse 6 Second King Chapter 23 Verses 24 Second Chronicles Chapter 33 Verses 6 Isaiah Chapter 8 Verse 19 and the book of Acts Chapter 13 Verse 6-11 and also the book of Acts Chapter 16 Verse 16-19. @Jakareh75 My main reference point for Palo Mayombe is the serial killer Adolfo Constanzo. He required that the tortured victims die screaming, supposedly to cast potent spells. His particular cult might have mixed in other creeds, but Palo was definitely in the mix. With muzzies, death is not drawn out with torture quite like this Constanzo guy did.
