Detective Mike Fletcher, a rugged and obsessive police officer, and his partner Kelsey Walker, are on the trail of a serial killer who prowls the streets targeting young streetwalkers. When his teenage daughter disappears, Fletcher discovers that the killer has kidnapped her after mistaking her for a prostitute. Fletcher's obsession goes into overdrive when he drops all professional restraint to get the killer and save his daughter.

Just watched it yesterday. This is one of those movies where changing the last 10 minutes of the plot either leaves you with a satisfactory "well, that was sick and I'm surely glad they finally got him" feeling, or a sore "fuck you all, this is bullshit!" feeling. Sadly, the director decided to pull what he thought would be a "clever twist" in a plot and go with a choice number two. And trust me, despite what anyone tells you in a positive review, this is absolutely not one of those "I can't believe this was in front of me all this time". Simply because there was nothing in front of you in this movie, ever. The final scene is just totally made up, as if they accidentally attached a piece filmed for completely different project.
