I JUST finished this book and thought how awesome of a movie this would make! I can't wait to see it. And in my opinion you can see the daughters perspective change throughout the book, so in the earlier stories everything is an adventure but as she grows older the magic her father creates dwindles and her once adventurous life isn't so much anymore. I am admittedly on a Brie kick right now so that means if she delivered a sicilian pie I'd fuck her and then watch her movie, extra parm. Woody occasionally delivers a fascinating performance once someone sticks his finger in a socket but his pecker regularly peters out before the end and he don't like to chemically aid his pecker power. Naomi used to be a good actress but she started fucking kong and that whole thing wasn't really good for her career. Still, I will not slam Naomi. This is Hwood so nobody but no fuckin body has read the book and basically its cuz they can't read, but they do imagine what the book and therefore the script should be. That's about as real as it gets here. Here, have a slurpy, and if you start bleeding out your ass then you can be sure you're catholic. The memoir was amazing and just like any other Hollywood movie it will have it's hollywood spin on it. I'll stick to the book which I still have and can always re-read. I had to read this over the summer for school and I absolutely loved it but when I saw the trailer I think they're romanticizing the parents (especially the dad!) No. Honestly, just... no 😂 I can't tell if it's the editing of the trailer itself that bothers me or if it will in fact be the actual film. This book has changed my life in ways that are probably too personal to talk about but THIS? They make Jeanette seem like a stuck up bitch for having a better lifestyle and they glorify the antics of her parents. Don't you understand? What they offered was unhealthy! And did I seriously just watch a clip of the father throwing his daughter in the pool when she CANNOT SWIM and giving her a speech about why he let her drown..while inspirational music is playing?!? 😂 They don't fucking care; THAT is the point. The kids grow up to realize that their parents are not who they always thought they were. If this movie suggests ANYTHING but that, I will never forgive the producers.
