9 years later I finally found it. I remember watching this movie when I was 9 years old. I barely remember this movie. I knew I had to watch it again but i forgot the title of the movie. I watched this movie when I was 6 years old, I’ve been thinking about it ever since. It truly touched me and I could not stop thinking about it (perhaps maybe because it scared me? Or maybe I just found it very intriguing). I remember a few years after I watched it, I wanted to rewatch it because it fascinated me so much but my dad didnt let me watch it because he thought it wasn’t good for someone my age (I was like 6 at the time and the first time I watched it my mom let me) I am now 14 years old, and recently I went to this store and I found the book and I could not resist but to grab it. I am currently reading it right now, and I like seeing the movie and having the book right here on my lap. Once I finish the book I will watch the movie I haven’t seen since I was six. I watched this unexpectedly with friends when we were still in grade 10 (8 years ago). A group of naive teens going to watch 'the lovely bones' thinking it was a romance or something really cute and fluffy (bone = puppy, ik... what the f***). We were all in for a huge shock. One of my friends nearly vomited and closed her eyes throughout the rest of the movie. I didn't like it back then, as I avoided this movie for the next 8 years but somehow after seeing a comment on Halsey - Color's video (someone said the old man in that video looked like the old man from The Lovely Bones, I just had to see the comparison).
