It's costs a lot of money to make a pixar guilty movie. you have to have a lot of servers and you have to have a staff that can write the 3d code you need. I feel like the animation quality would've been a bit more forgiven in this trailer if the trailer ITSELF wasn't so clumsily made. The movements look too stiff either way.. Yeah, it's not a huge company, but knowing how to do basic movements has to do with talent, not a budget. Also.. anyone noticed the huge lack of sound effects...? it's their first full length feature so give em a break for crying out loud; they also had a really low budget! the animation is not that bad either so stop sulking, yes it's not top notch but im sure they're going to improve.
