SPOILER*** SPOILER*** SPOILER*** SPOILER*** SPOILER*** SPOILER*** but... she turned out to be using him to get a hold of ransom money. some could argue they really did love each other, but in the end, she was arrested and sadly killed... according to the book. I've never read the book, so I'm only judging the quality of the acting and plotline this movie has. Honestly, I actually find Morgan Freeman play Alex Cross quite well. Freeman has a persona of a man who is calm, calculating, and intelligent - someone who is competent in understanding how a serial killer thinks. Don't believe me? The Books are quite Brilliant. Kiss the Girls was far better IMHO but Morgan Freeman (although far different than Alex Cross) Rocks in anything He does! New Film 'Alex Cross' has Tyler Perry?! Talk about unconvincing...I wonder how Denzel would do?
