What I saw on this film is a man who is so completely indoctrinated that he can never quite get out of his own way long enough to see the truth. At times, when he's in the mix with the Trump voter, eating with them, talking, spending time asking questions, you start to see that maybe it's beginning to dawn on him that Trump has something real to offer these people. But then, he gets alone in his hotel room or his car, and you see the brainwashing assert itself again and he's right back where he started. to all the "libtards"-yellers: Maybe watch the docu first? It's actually a good one made in the way of "the gatekeepers" or "5 broken cameras", where it's more of a showcasing of opinions and things that actually happened (you know..facts) and therefor a watermark-check of the US in a way. What you take out of it is up to you. So maybe give it a try and also realize that not everybody , who is against Trump, is (or was) for Hillary (Turdsandwich vs. giant Douche) - it is about more then that and if you are willing to look a tad deeper, you will realize that it is about the declining political-democratic system in the states , that A. leaves you as a voter with these two choices and B. how it was possible that a guy like that got voted in office (well, he was not, but i will never understand this weird american system). There has to be a lot of disapointment and frustration with the politcal system combined with some kind of lazyness to actuall do something yourself. As you might have figured i am not a us citizen, but when i look at the US i am getting worried more and more due to the harsh " we don't give a shit and if you do not like what we are doing go fuck yourself" tone of this administration. And do not get me wrong: i am not an Obama fan either! He might have done some, for an european, logical and good things healthcare and enviroment wise, but he was a warmonger just as the the guys before him - or even worse if you look at the numbers. I watched this documentary just now and what I appreciated the most about it is that the director, as someone who never wanted Trump to be on stage could actually sit down listening to those voices that convey the complete opposite political opinions and made it a film.
