Surprisingly good movie, I thought John Goodman was the best part of the movie by far. Anyone else think Alisha Tyler's character was absolutely horrendous ( not her acting but the writing) I found her character insanely aggravating and annoying in how little her character actually does to enforce the law and protect Kevin Bacons character, she just sort of sighs , acts annoyed then does absolutely nothing...my one complaint about an otherwise good movie . - @Sunday, December 30, 2018 6:12 AM

Probably it's some contract thing with the studio, or the money he needed it, in order to agree to act in a film with an 8th grade quality scenario and story, even for such a 1000 times seen bullshit! Oh...I forgot that the film is made by James Wan, right after the original SAW in '04, so he might thought he'll create something else that'll turn out to be fascinating....But it didn't, it turned out to be a hardcore bullshit! How can so many people have liked this movie? This was a terrible movie that was only watchable because it had Kevin Bacon in it. This trailer was basically the entire movie's worth of watchable scenes. The rest was so stupid. Kevin Bacon who is super scrawny and old with no street smarts or any common sense manages to take down all of these gangsters who are much larger and more experienced than he is at fighting and at shooting, but because he's Kevin Bacon of course he does it no problem.
