2pac was going to be or should say he was the black James Dean. He had such a magnetic presence that you couldn't take your eyes off of him. I'm straight but he was a beautiful man. Truly a once in a lifetime artist. I think had he lived he was going to transition more into acting versus rapping. I could see him as an executive of his own label, procuring talent and maybe dropping a project every now and then but really making his bones in Hollywood and trying his hand at method acting. I would've loved to see him play Othello the Moor. I'm 37, so I saw Pac come up from his days as a young Black Panther activist to Digital Underground to him becoming a multi-platinum selling rappers and film actor. But alas, it's still a void because he could've done so much more with his life. He truly lived his art. What a tragedy. I think my generation will never get over his death.
