In Rwanda, the classification of the native population into Hutus and Tutsis, arbitrarily done by the colonial Belgians, is now ingrained within Rwandan mentality despite the Rwandan independence. And if you are to hold Rwanda over Clinton's head as a failure, then Bush has done much worse with Darfur, Iraq, Iran, Afganistan, and many others, but, of course, most of all, Bush has some how managed to mess up America even more. We are now but a joke to other countries, we have lost any respect in their eyes. - @Sunday, August 26, 2007 4:04 PM
