Lewis an orphan wants to see what his mother looked like. So he invents a machine that looks through your brain so you can see your memories. But this weird kid says he's from the future and warns him about a guy in a bowler hat. The bowler hat guy messes with his invention and it fails. He decides that he's a failure and no one wants him. But the kid that warned him about the guy is here on a mission to find the bowler hat guy that wants to destroy Lewis. To prove he's from the future he takes Lewis to the future. But the time machine breaks and he's stuck in the future until he fixes it. In the meantime he spends quality time with the family. But the bowler hat guy is about to alter time and it's up to Lewis to save the future.

Yeah this was the trailer and not the same as the movie but I got some problems in the trailer Like The beginning of the trailer never happened in the movie. Wilbur Didn't appear from the back of the door with lights, he followed Luis in the science fair. Wilbur's voice in the trailer change since the voice actor Wesley Singerman Hit puberty since there. Some Voice Times is wrong. There wasn't a scene in the movie Where Luis and Grandpa Bud is in an air-conditioned place finding his teeth. I love this movie , it makes me realize I've had an 11 year (and counting) crush on Wilbur Robinson 😂😂😂 I mean , his voice and personality got me , the looks were just an extra😂😂😂I wish for there to be a sequel even tho there may not be ;( other than that , the moral of this movie is gold 👌 it really helped me through difficult times..to just let go and "Keep moving forward" . The film didn't get anywhere after the hour was up. It felt really dry, and the way the film had it's message didn't speak out as much. The film took its time meeting the family of "Meet The Robinson's" even though that was the movie all about. The main plot they had for the film didn't fit well for the title and neither for the comedy. if they were just going to promote comedy for the film, and the family was all about that, then what was the point of adding emotional plots and scenes inside of the movie? It defeats the purpose. It's funny how Lewis was the only "inventor" in his time who could have invent everything around him, and there was nothing really on Earth where in the future. There was nothing there, and it was mostly surrounded by grass and nothing lively going on in the background. No other people in the film were moving to the house or what's not. The family just lived separately in the house. If they displayed the message "Keep Moving Forward" correctly or changed the trailer and the film itself then it would make sense. The funny thing about this film that got me at the end was Lewis changed Goob's history when catching the ball and nothing about Lewis' history changed. That was the drastic change that he made. It didn't add up. The film expected everyone to have a happy ending at the end. The film didn't even show how the Robinson's got the money to buy the house. It was random. They were suppose to show the history of the Robinson's. They only showed the wedding day in Lewis' machine. The soundtrack was on point, and was better than the film as a whole, but the animation lacked a lot. It was still a good several minute of a film at the end of it. That was the only message they had at the end. I would rate it lower than 5/10. - @Tuesday, June 19, 2018 3:10 AM
