Carla Harris, a beautiful but not so successful actress from L.A., witnesses how her husband is tragically killed in an attempt to save a woman from her male attacker. She travels to her parents' home in a small town in the mountains to get some rest only to be repeatedly harassed by redneck locals and a teenager. The local sheriff refuses to help and so it all ends up in a gang rape and with Carla's parents shot dead. Carla survives and escapes from the mental hospital to seek bloody revenge.

@mrgb46 I'm aware that revengehorror sells this. I'm actually crossing my fingers that Shout Factory will release it in the near future because they have the rights to the whole Roger Corman catalog. However, this title might be one of the unlucky ones held hostage by Lions Gate because they own all the rights to the Vestron Video catalog of films put out in the 80's VHS heyday. This isn't a US film but from the Philippines. It's just made to look American. Nick Nicholson and Don Gordon Bell is in it and they did tons of films in the Philippines.
