Sleep Paralysis Explanation Me: I've had sleep paralysis 2 times day after day. I believe that sleep paralysis is just something you think and believe in. For example the first sleep paralysis I had I was 6 or 7. I was sleeping with my grandma up on the upstairs. My eyes was open but my body were sleeping. I didn't see anything creepy or scary. I was little and didn't know anything about demons or ghost. So I never imagined how they would looked like. The next day I told my brother about my "dream" and he were joking around and saying that a ghost will come and get me and made me scared. I asked what is a ghost and he explained. I was scared that night and once again slept on the upstairs same room. Sleep Paralysis started the day after but now its different I was even more scared thanks to my brother...... and boom! At the corner was a ghost from my imagination. And blah blah blah sleep paralysis I shit my pants, cant talk.... The point is that I believe that its just the imagination in the dark which most of us are scared of + Our mind is asleep but not YOU Mind And Brain Is Different Btw - @Sunday, August 5, 2018 3:26 PM
