one of the most underrated movies of all time. I suspect the reason it was a box office flop was because people just didn't have the imagination to get what it was all about, plus the fact it was released in the 80's and ppl's preference was violent american rubbish - @Wednesday, February 6, 2013 12:26 PM

probably that 20something years later a moron would make a comment such the above in worldwide network which will have something to do with computers and videos, and some other folks would laught at his bad taste in movies...that is really funny and the whole idea behind this amazing movie... - @Friday, November 30, 2012 6:13 PM

I also cant see anything that the english protocol you refer , gor to do with the keeping of deep cultural manipulation I was talking, illustrated by the film . - @Thursday, October 25, 2012 3:16 PM

In that case , such a british protocol would include a much larger list of procedures. Including dont trusting in any kind of trade with Germans ( a fact well stablished by british non adherence to the Euro currency). - @Thursday, October 25, 2012 3:06 AM

Director Terry Gilliam is driven to the brink of madness as he struggles to control the incalculable variety of forces working against his elaborate production. Every bit of progress is offset by recalcitrant actors, disastrous weather, studio politics, director and producer infighting, spiraling budget woes, and hostile foreign locations. As the conditions deteriorated, Gilliam received threats of being fired from the picture to which he responded, "Please pull the plug! Fire me!" - @Thursday, March 15, 2012 12:22 PM

@marisaelly Hi there, of course I did enjoy them so much... thank you very much :-D - @Monday, March 14, 2011 11:09 PM

@malakus Kind of. If you look closely you will realize that the director is the same, Terry Gilliam. Buy the way, he had a particular style that is on every movies that he make, and he could use his imagination to create the most unexpected adventures. This movie and Parnassus had nothing in commun in the story line, only the graphic style and the movie dinamic are similar. Anyway, I hope you enjoy them both. =) - @Monday, March 14, 2011 11:08 PM
