I actually had high hopes as I love the genre.The initial setup was an interesting concept and premise with ok writing, it got me interested/invested but about half way through it just turns into another bad Blair Witch rip-off and the whole setup of the frankenstein monster being a cunning and intelligent creature gets totally thrown out the window in exchange for bad growling sound effects and a 7 foot dude dressed in fur that just rampages...yet had remained hidden for hundreds of years. What a turd.. Pity as it had potential had they actually invested character development in the monster and their encounters with it, as it appeared would be the case, instead of badly scripted jump scares.The final scene made me lol. I'd recommend Behind the Mask or Afflicted for a good horror themed mockumenatry over this let down. - @Saturday, June 21, 2014 3:38 PM

wow i just saw this on netflix and i was surprised. i actually enjoyed it. as a fan of horror movies i know how hard it is to be entertained by one. horror movies are a very tough genre of movie to judgle because you judge them by how much they scare you but they never do unless you're under 12 years old. i really enjoyed this movie. SPOILER ALERT: i wish he would of kept the girl at the end though and not killed her. frankenstein is usually a sucker for love and i thought he was going to take her not kill her. i also would of liked to see a better look of his face. really cool movie though. - @Wednesday, February 5, 2014 8:43 AM
