If you grew up with this, you seriously need to wiki it. Did you know there are whole segments of this movie changed/deleted in the theatrical release? Yeah, they were taken out because the movie was changed to be directed towards children and the removed footage and story-arch was too dark for kids. You read right, what you watched wasn't the original movie's story - the original was actually intended for mature audiences due to it's dark nature.
