Better than Heat, the Burt Reynolds version. Which never cohered. Apparently, this is the third attempt to film the William Goldman novel. Which I never saw. Or heard of, until today. But I missed the humor of Heat, and Peter MacNicol as the millionaire novice who needs a mentor, not a chaperone.
