Follows a group of friends that decide to go snowmobiling during their winter break. They make a "wrong turn", getting lost in a storm, and seek shelter in an abandoned sanatorium. They are completely isolated by the storm and are thankful they can get out of the elements. But the sanatorium has a troubled past, and some of its former patients still reside there and are not happy about the intrusion. In a deadly game of cat and mouse, the college kids must fight to survive the night.

HOLY SHIT, DUMBEST MOVIE MADE IN HUMAN HISTORY. Hoooooly shit, HORRIBLE director, rotting decay filth script, people that they probably picked up from the street are actors. Best scene is when they actually caught all canibals who had decapitated their friends head and then ate flesh from another friend while he was still alive. So they got them all locked down in this prison and after brief argument they decide NOT to burn them but keep them alive because they are not like them xDDDD Then they leave this one guy to guard this prison that cannibals are locked down in, he falls ASLEEP, cannibal picklocks door with needle that he pulled out of his anus. Before leaving the guy, they made a deal that they are going to come back in an hour but instead they started looking arond building and after they got tired they went to sleep, then one bitch remembered whats actually going on and went to see whats the situation. She finds out that cannibals escaped with their friend that was guarding door. Then cannibals cut of that friends tongue and put a bag over his head and then send him over to them. Stupid guy mumbled with his hands tied and bag over his head but even dumber retard hoes for some reason thought its a cannibal (WHY THE FUCK WOULD IT BE CANNIBAL YOU STUPID RETARD BITCH) and then they started stabbing him in the back and were like "OMG" when they figured out its him..like WTF... What the fuck how is this a movie , dont watch this shit, i dont understand how it was on HBO..
