I went to see the movie over the weekend, it's a pretty good movie. I'm not saying this because I'm a writer I'm saying this because I saw the vision of the writer-director and it is a movie that stands true to so many of those who moved to Los Angeles to live out your dreams and end up taking a job that is not fulfilling to you. SPOILER ALERT... Sorry Cass's character wants to be a filmmaker instead he ends up a DJ and Megan's character wants to be a DJ but she is a attorney who is visiting Los Angeles. It's the night of the presidential debate, that nigga drama trump and that klanswoman killary klinton. Light tensions are high between people because it's a close debate and then drama trump ends up taking the lead in several states. Cass and Megan meet, go clubbing then share a passionate kiss in the ladies bathroom. Then of course they develop feeling for one another. Lucky diva... In the end, Cass and Megan decide to do what they came to Los Angeles for, they make a pact to live out their dreams. The lift or Uber conversation with the driver is deep... Everything is shot in one evening. What I love about the film is it looks like it was shot perhaps with an iPhone of some sort, I'm not sure and there are no edits, no cuts and I found that very amazing the shots were good the quality was good, the acting everything. I really enjoyed the film. I believe this is the first time that I've ever seen a film like that. They shot straight through no stopping. Just excellent!!!
